On January 4th, Georgia PGA Members represented the Section for the post COVID relaunch of Smiling Fore Life at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta- Scottish Rite.
During their visit, the PGA Professionals provided basic golf instruction to 5 children in The Zone and even got to meet Reggie, the resident golden retriever. The gentlemen exhibited exceptional generosity in choosing to forgo their Smiling Fore Life honorariums and donate them back to PGA REACH Georgia.
Smiling Fore Life provides young hospital patients an outlet to escape the hardships they are facing and get out of the hospital room to enjoy a fun, new activity. Thank you to Sarah Schmitt and the entire CHOA- Scottish Rite team for hosting us.
