PGA REACH Georgia Expands Trustee Group with Addition of Derin Dickerson

PGA REACH Georgia, the 501(c)(3) charitable foundation of the Georgia Section of the PGA of America, is pleased to announce the appointment of Derin Dickerson to its Trustee group, further strengthening the foundation’s leadership with his extensive legal expertise and community involvement.

Dickerson is a Partner at Alston & Bird LLP in Atlanta, where he focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on class action defense, data privacy litigation, and high-stakes business disputes. He represents clients across a range of industries, including telecommunications, financial services, consumer products, and higher education, and has successfully handled cases in jurisdictions across the country.

Recognized as one of Georgia’s top emerging legal leaders, Dickerson was named to the Daily Report’s “40 Under 40 on the Rise” list and previously honored as a Georgia “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers. He is also a member of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2016 and remains actively involved in numerous civic and professional organizations throughout the region.

In addition to joining the Trustee group, Dickerson has been a member of the PGA REACH Georgia Foundation Board since May 2025, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to the organization’s mission and impact.
