Peter Jones, PGA Director of Instruction and Nix Duncan assistant professional from Cherokee Town & Country Club in Atlanta took top honors in the Club Car Pro-Assistant Championship presented by TeeSnap, and Mobile ProShop.  The event was played at the beautiful Marietta Country Club.

The team combined for six birdies and and one eagle to shoot a combined score of 64, 8-under par to win by one shot over the team of PGA professionals Tim Weinhart and Wes Helfrich from Heritage Golf Links, Mike Miller and his partner Sean Elliott from Legacy on Lanier Golf Club, Brian Conley and his partner Justin Martin from Bobby Jones Golf Course in Atlanta.  Jones also tied for second place with another partner Anthony Cordes from Cherokee Town & Country Club. In this format, the head professional is allowed to partner with multiple assistant professionals from their facility and the players compete for 18 holes to determine the champion.

The Georgia PGA would like to thank Dylan Murray from Club Car, Ryan Thiede from TeeSnap and Heidi Cohen Brugleria from Mobile ProShop for supplying the players with of tee gifts prior to the round.
