Bide Goes Back-to-Back at Georgia PGA Head Professional Championship

Francisco Bide, PGA, Head Golf Professional at Capital City Club, successfully defended his title at the 2026 Georgia PGA Head Professional Championship, finishing atop the field with 54 points in the Stableford format at Druid Hills Golf Club. Bide fired an impressive 63 on his own ball to secure his second consecutive Head Professional Championship title.

Hunter Suggs, PGA, Head Golf Professional at Cherokee Town & Country Club, finished as Bide’s closest challenger with 41 points.

Bide also won the championship in 2025 at Chattahoochee Golf Club, where he totaled 46 points and shot 4-under on his own ball.

In the Senior Division, Sonny Skinner, PGA, of Spring Hill Country Club, earned the title with 49 points, carding a 67 on his own ball.

The Head Professional Championship was contested alongside the Georgia PGA Assistants’ Championship, bringing two Section championships to Druid Hills Golf Club on the same day.
